Investor relations
Private funding
We have already raised 130K EUR from private investors during our Pre-Seed rounds.
Currently, our funding round is Seed – and we are looking to raise 2M EUR on a pre-money valuation of 8M EUR.
The round is already 85% allocated, as we are already in the final Due Diligence stage with a lead private VC, Vitosha Ventures II Fund, and ongoing DD with EIC Fund/EIB, for a total of a combined 1.5M EUR investment.
We already have commitments from old and new business angels for 200K EUR and are currently in advanced negotiations with several prospective investors to close the remainder of the round within the next couple of months.
Non-dilutive funding
We have already won a number of grants from EU and national funding bodies, as well as from NGOs, recognizing our innovation potential. These have supported us with a cumulative of :
InnoMatch Programme – 60K EUR
InnoMatch is a Coordination and Support Action (CSA) funded under the Horizon Europe Programme and a new component of the EIC Innovation Procurement Programme. InnoMatch supports the pilot testing or proof-of-concept demonstration of innovative solutions created by EIC Awardees.

A Horizon Europe project focused on democratizing digital agriculture by developing accessible, open-source and energy-efficient solutions for farmers in remote areas. Through innovation and collaboration, OpenAgri empowers sustainable farming practices and fosters trust in agricultural digital technologies.

EIC Accelerator – 2.36M EUR
The EIC Accelerator is the top program for supporting innovative start-ups in Europe. Our project RoboAiWeeder was approved among intense competition and we managed to achieve a rare feat of succeeding on every phase of the proposal process from the first try. The project aims to bring our technology to TRL 8 or pre-market launch while also supporting our team and geographical focus expansion.

The Silicon Eurocluster project aims to achieve greater European self-sufficiency, with increased competitiveness and resilience in the electronics value chain, with specific attention to SMEs.
Project duration Sept 2023 – May 2024 with multiple demonstrations on farm in spring of 2024.
